Our Boat 1 Old Skool is designed after the old helmet shield worn by firefighters who rode old LAFD Fireboat No. 1. First commissioned in 1919, Boat 1 was originally stationed at the foot of First Street in San Pedro. It now sits in Fish Harbor on Terminal Island, overlooking the L.A. Lighthouse and protecting the Port of Los Angeles.
